Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to optimize plant equipment and drive reliability on the production floor. You will diagnose issues, lead troubleshooting, analyze data, and implement preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, HSE, and quality teams, support lean initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and effective use of ERP tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem solving
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools
  • Effective communication skills and flexibility to support varied shifts
