Job summary

Versatex in Jeffersonville, OH is seeking a Kitting Associate to assemble kits for assembly lines, including handrails, spindles, and instructions. You will manage packing, labeling, and boxing while adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work a 2:45 PM–11 PM Sunday–Thursday shift with on-site duties. A TRAK program qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to accident-free operations and compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Assembles pre-formed boxes.
• Creates packages containing the correct number of items for kitting packages, including handrails, spindles, installation directions, templates, and screws.
• Labels completed boxes.
• Bands and covers completed boxes.
• Performs additional duties as needed or assigned by supervision/management.
