A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Warehouse Assembler (Kitting) in Covington, GA. This contract role requires assembling and kitting materials, inspecting parts, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

The position is 100% on-site with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM shift, Monday–Friday, offering full-time hours and potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assembler (Kitting). This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

Details and Compensation

• Location: Covington, GA 30014 - 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Overtime required as needed

Summary and Highlights

The Warehouse Assembler supports production by assembling/kitting materials, inspecting parts for quality, and moving materials within the work area while following established procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly and kitting tasks by following standard procedures and quality guidelines
• Sort, inspect, and verify materials/parts for quality and accuracy
• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and scrap within the work area using handcarts and other basic equipment
• Measure/verify items as needed (ability to read rulers) and perform basic math
• Maintain quality records and documentation with clear, accurate writing
• Work effectively in a metrics-driven production environment with general to limited supervision

Requirements

• Education: No formal education required (per job order)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days (strict attendance expectations)
• Experience: 1+ year of warehouse/manufacturing/quality (or related) experience, with at least one continuous year at the same job minimum
• Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English; perform basic math calculations
• General computer skills
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing/walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, repetitive hand motions, and lifting/moving over 50 lbs as needed
• Comfort working in a crowded work area with moderate-to-loud noise and seasonal temperature extremes
