Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Covington, GA is seeking an Entry Level Material Handler for a 12-month contract on W2. The role runs 6am to 2:30pm on first shift, with overtime required Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.

You will lift products up to 50 lbs occasionally, move goods with a pallet jack, assemble and palletize items, and maintain accurate box and pallet configurations. A high school diploma and at least one year of warehouse experience are required, with vaccination proof per client policy.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience in a production environment.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 per client requirements.
• Overtime required; shift is 6am–2:30pm on first shift.

Responsibilities

• Dump product on the line to be kitted, pack and tape boxes, and palletize.
• Move product and pallets with a pallet jack between staging, line, and wrap area.
• Open boxes, remove inserts, and complete pallet status placards.
• Maintain safety and adhere to site heating/cooling conditions; noise is moderate to loud.

Job Description

• Must be able to lift to 50lbs (very rarely) although most lifting is around only about 5 - 15 pounds Dump product on the line to be kitted Pack kitted product back in the box, tape box, place box on pallet in correct configuration
• Move product from staging area to line with a pallet jack Move pallets forward on the line with pallet jack Move completed pallets to shrink wrap area with pallet jack Cutting open boxes and remove inserts Complete status placards for kitted pallets It is hot in the summer months and cold in the winter months (limited heating).
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. Must have 1 year warehouse experience in a production environment.
• High school diploma/GED is required!
• For many roles at this client, assignment is contingent upon the Employer of Records receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (meaning two weeks have passed after the last injection of Pfizer/Moderna or two weeks after receipt of the J&J).
