Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a 1st Shift Kitting Group Coordinator Lead. The role supports and leads a team in the warehouse, ensuring accurate packaging and adherence to customer specs. Shift is 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as needed.

Must be able to perform all duties of packaging operator II and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to train new associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in packaging/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to follow safety, environmental and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Package product into bags, boxes, or totes per customer specifications.
• Document quality checks and enter into the system.
• Read and disseminate information on product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-training backup associates.
• Pull product samples and test product mix, labeling and/or weight against specs.
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
• Must be able to perform all duties of packaging operator II.
• Maintain housekeeping duties around packaging equipment and in warehouse.
• Responsible for lockout/tagout of equipment when clearing jams or performing basic maintenance.
• Perform basic adjustments to operating equipment to maintain finished product conformity to specs.
