Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a 1st Shift Kitting Group Coordinator Lead. The shift runs from 6:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays as needed. Pay is $19.45 per hour.

You will lead a warehouse/clerical workgroup, train new associates, monitor packaging quality, and ensure safety and compliance. Benefits include medical coverage, PTO, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/packaging environments.
• Ability to train and supervise associates.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Package product per customer specs.
• Document quality checks in the system.
• Read and apply product specifications.
• Train new associates and cross-train backups.
• Ensure safety and maintain housekeeping.
• Perform basic maintenance and lockout/tagout as needed.
• Lead and direct the work group daily.
