Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Group Coordinator Lead on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), Monday-Friday. The role leads a work group, assigns schedules, and ensures daily workloads are met within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required are 6-12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification within 30 days is preferred. Benefits include medical, vacation, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assigns work schedules and directs daily workloads for the group
• Trains new associates and monitors progress
• Maintains records/logs for the work group
• Reviews documents for accuracy and legibility
• Opens/closes and secures the building as directed
• Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Communicates work practices and procedures to associates
