Job summary

RRD is seeking an employee for the Printing and Bindery department in West Bend, Wisconsin. The role pays hourly wages and includes a mid shift from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesday through Friday, with a $1 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating offline binding/finishing equipment, setting up machines, and performing routine maintenance. Training of new crew members and possible coordination of crew tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures for set-up and operation of equipment.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation (records, labels).
• Ability to identify improper operation and make basic adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packing equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain equipment for optimum operation.
• May troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests.
• May coordinate crewmember assignments and train new team members.
