Job summary

RRD is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist to support mid-shift production. You will operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment, set up and adjust machines for production runs, and maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.

The position offers a starting wage between $16.00 and $18.18 per hour, with a $1 per hour shift differential. The role requires familiarity with routine operating procedures, ability to perform basic clerical tasks and maintain machine

Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions.
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment.
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $16.00/hr - $18.18/hr

Shift:

• Mid Shift: 9:00AM to 7:00PM Tuesday-Friday
• Mid Shift Differential: $1/hr

Additional Information

Thenational pay range for this role is $16.00/hr to 18.18/hr + 1$/hr Shift Differential. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
