Job summary

RR Donnelley in Wisconsin is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist (Army MOS 83F) to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment, set up machines for production runs, and maintain them for optimum operation.

Job Description

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $16.00/hr - $18.18/hr

Shift:

• Mid Shift: 9:00AM to 7:00PM Tuesday-Friday
• Mid Shift Differential: $1/hr
• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment
• Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation
• May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members.

Qualifications

• Requires familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment which can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions and the skill to operate the equipment
• Requires skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.), and skill to perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the equipment
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Additional Information

Thenational pay range for this role is $16.00/hr to 18.18/hr + 1$/hr Shift Differential. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
