Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown seeks an Assistant Director of Food Services and Stores to oversee three campus kitchens and the storeroom. You will manage staff, ensure safe, efficient operations, and coordinate with nutrition and directors on menus and inventories.

You will drive improvements in ordering, distribution, and policy adherence while ensuring compliance with OSHA and health regulations. Experience in multi-kitchen ops is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred in logistics, hospitality, or business.
• 5+ years in warehouse or multi-unit food service ops with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Oversee storeroom and kitchen operations and ensure quality service.
• Maintain equipment, schedule maintenance, and ensure safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; manage labor planning and staffing.
