You will manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff performance, while coordinating with the Director and Nutritionist on menus and dietary needs.

The role involves labor planning, training staff, and preparing for campus catering functions, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance in a school

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in warehouse or multi-unit food service operations.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Manage inventory, receiving, storage and distribution; ensure safety standards.
