Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a Kitchen Worker for Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. This per diem role involves day/evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotations from 6:30am–3:00pm or 4:00pm–8:00pm.

We are searching for a talented Kitchen Worker

Hours: Per Diem

Shift: Day/Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 6:30am - 3:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Location: Tobey Hospital – Wareham, MA

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Food Service Operations or designee provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department, including serving hot food, washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, portioning food, checking expiration labels on food and assisting customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Experience with proper food safety/sanitary procedures are preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $16.48 - USD $23.17 /Hr.
