Job summary

Live! Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a general utility/kitchen helper responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all food service operations. You will perform dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste removal while supporting back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced casino environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 75 pounds, work nights and weekends, and thrive in a smoke-filled setting. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Pre-employment screens may apply.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Dishwashing and cleaning of production areas and equipment.
General kitchen and back-of-house cleanliness; remove garbage and boxes.
Wash pots and dishes; floor sanitation duties.
Clean and return equipment to proper places; transport food to outlets.
Assist receiving with stocking and storage of food items.
Adhere to appearance standards and perform additional duties as assigned.
