Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Utility Worker to sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware, and to maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces. You will wash pots, pans, and trays, sweep and mop floors, and ensure waste is disposed of properly.

Physical stamina to stand for long shifts, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals are required.

Qualifications

• Stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Knowledge of proper chemicals and techniques used in job duties.
• Able to maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean dishes, glassware, and flatware by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Dispose waste into designated waste areas.
