The position requires basic education, strong sanitation habits, and customer service attitude. Work is in a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical tasks and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies with proper sanitation.
• Pulls trash from receptacles and replaces bags as needed.
• Clears trash from tables and floors/grounds.
• Maintains clean floors to prevent spills per guidelines.
• Fills condiments and utensils with stock as needed.
• Loads and unloads inventory from trucks.
• Stocks storeroom and maintains orderly areas.
• Keeps kitchen, serving and dining areas clean and sanitary.
• Reports safety issues to the manager promptly.
• Washes and cleans equipment and maintains shelves.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet health compliance.
