Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.
• Comply with HACCP policies and procedures.
• Report accidents and injuries promptly.
• Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments.
