Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from receptacles and replace bags; clear tables and floors.
• Clean floors after spills; stock condensers, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Load/unload inventory from trucks and stock storeroom; maintain clean kitchen, dining and serving areas.
