Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively assists customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize problems and report to management.
• Reading and writing in English.
• Able to work in wet and hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles and replace bags as needed.
• Clean floor area of spills per safety guidelines.
• Fill condiments and supplies with stock as needed.
• Load/unload inventory from trucks and stock storeroom.
• Maintain kitchen, serving, dining areas clean and sanitary at all times.
• Report safety issues to your manager.
