Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Understanding of basic weights and measures.
• Understanding of basic mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Completes setup, stock and sanitation of workstations.
• Collects and disposes of refuse and hand washes pots/pans.
• Operates and cleans ware washing machines.
• Cleans kitchen equipment and surfaces per procedures.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and reports hazards.
