Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a General Utility to maintain kitchen spaces, dishwashing areas, and utensils in a clean, sanitary state. The role supports basic food prep and fosters a culture aligned with our Core Values.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, manual and machine washing of cookware, keeping prep areas tidy, and handling waste. Must be able to work indoors most of the time, sometimes in hot and damp environments, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and pre-rinses food from dirty dishes and places them in dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays by hand and/or machine.
• Completes all assigned prep work.
• Removes trash and garbage to dumpster area.
• Washes work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment and floors.
