• Demonstrates strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Ensure PPE is used properly in all aspects of job performance.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during short staffing.
• Ensure team members meet set standards via quality surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact with patients/customers respectfully across all ages.
