Job summary

Cogir Senior Living, a nationwide senior living operator, is seeking a Kitchen Utility Associate (Dishwasher) to support our culinary team in a community setting. You will help ensure clean pots, dishes, and prep areas to deliver quality meals to residents.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll maintain sanitation, assist with stocking, and work closely with staff to keep service moving smoothly. Flexible shifts, including weekends, are required, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• A Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in dishwasher or kitchen support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area (mops, floors).
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste promptly.
• Clean mats and garbage pails.
• Sanitize food prep surfaces and storage areas as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by replenishing supplies and equipment.
• Resupply chemicals, towels, and soap dispensers for sanitation.
