Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine and keeps area clean.
• Prepares tableware for washing by removing food residue.
• Properly stores clean and sanitized tableware and utensils.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Cleans kitchen floors, storage areas, and garbage cans.
• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned.
