Job summary

Lucky Star Casino is seeking F&B Kitchen Staff to support food and beverage operations under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor. The role requires mornings, afternoons, and evenings, seven days a week, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming Permit.
• Ability to stand and walk for a full shift with lunch breaks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill duties as line cook or kitchen utility per policies and procedures.
• Prepare work space, recipes and supplies for service.
• Maintain proper labeling and storage of leftovers.
• Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in food preparation and work area.
