Job summary

Lucky Star Casino is seeking a Part-Time F&B Kitchen staff member in Canton. The role supports F&B kitchen operations, ensuring quality food preparation, sanitation, and timely service. Responsibilities

• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities at any given time of line cook, or kitchen utility in accordance to policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper kitchen set-up to include prep of work space, food recipes & supplies.
• Ensure proper kitchen breakdown to include transfer product, accurate left over labeling/storage.
• Maintain high standard of food and beverage preparation to include quality and timeliness.
• Continuously maintain high level of sanitation and safety in food preparation and work area/stations.
• Maintain inventory stock levels of supplies/condiments and food.
• Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co‑workers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
