Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you!
• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings and assisting with deli areas.
• Accurately prepare deli items per guides (salads, fruit, sandwiches, parfaits).
• Follow company policies to maintain food safety conditions.
• Cross-training in other store departments may occur.
• Ability to move 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assist cashier team members in the deli, coffee, and fountain areas.
• Prepare deli products such as salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups per guides.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in cross-training in other departments as needed.
• Maintain clean and stocked deli area throughout shifts.

Job Functions:

• General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross‑training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
