Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is looking for a friendly Kitchen Team Member to provide top-notch customer service, prepare deli items, and keep the deli area clean and stocked. No experience? No problem—we will teach you and help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including answering questions about menu offerings, and assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.
