Dash In in Prince Frederick, MD is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to join a fast-paced, chef-inspired concept in a 24/7 retail setting. The role pays $16.50–$18.00 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards to craft mouthwatering meals.
• Monitor prep levels and keep everything in tip-top shape and ready to serve.
• Keep prep station organized and clean for a happy kitchen.
• Receive deliveries and put items away, ensuring readiness for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen appearance and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Engage with guests and deliver a personalized experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move heavy containers using proper technique when needed.
