Dash In in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking Kitchen Team Members for full-time or part-time hourly roles. Starting wage ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, with an overnight premium of $1 per hour. Shifts are evenings and weekends in a 24/7 retail concept.

As a Kitchen Associate, you will craft meals behind the scenes, ensure safety and sanitation, and deliver a memorable guest experience while maintaining a clean, organized prep area and operating a variety of kitchen equipment.)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience or similar roles preferred
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized for service.
• Restock and organize prep areas to maintain a clean kitchen.
• Receive deliveries and place items in proper storage.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Engage with guests to provide a positive experience.
• Handle heavy containers using proper lifting techniques.
