Job summary

Dash In, a member of the Wills Group family, is hiring Kitchen Team Members in Prince Frederick, MD for a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Starting pay is $16.50–$18.00 per hour with a $1 per hour overnight premium.

You’ll prepare meals, ensure safety and quality, and deliver a memorable guest experience through every interaction. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or company-paid program completion.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred (cook or prep).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality standards while preparing meals.
• Maintain prep stations, restock, and keep areas tidy.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with food service tasks.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries and organizing supplies.
• Engage with guests to deliver a positive experience.
