Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Associate to join its Back of House team in a 24/7 retail setting. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with a $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts. You’ll prepare meals, follow safety standards, and keep the kitchen organized while delivering a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year in food service, with flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and overnights. Background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes.
• Monitor prep levels and freshness.
• Keep prep station organized and stocked.
• Place deliveries in proper places and prep for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance.
• Connect with guests and provide personalized service.
• Operate food service equipment like a pro.
• Lift 50–65 lb containers when needed.
