Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group, in partnership with Applebee’s, is seeking a Line Cook (Kitchen Team Member) to join our family-owned team. You’ll handle prep work and cook’s station, upholding our standards for presentation, quality, and timely service.

You’ll be cross-trained across kitchen roles, learn recipes, and contribute to a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere. Strong attitude, willingness to learn, and basic food prep ability are preferred; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Physical mobility and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and specifications.
• Complete assigned prep work and set up workstation.
• Maintain sanitary food handling and clean work area throughout shift.
• Cross-train in all kitchen roles and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
