As a Back of House Team Member, you will prepare fresh food, uphold food safety standards, and support a fast-paced kitchen. Experience helps, but dependability, coach-ability, and a desire to grow matter most.

Qualifications

• Dependable team player with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food according to Chick-fil-A recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
