Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto is hiring Front of House Team Members to be the face of a new restaurant in Spokane. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve with hospitality, and support daily operations as part of a team focused on excellence.

Open-availability is valued, with opportunities for growth and leadership development. Training will be provided, and team members enjoy free meals during shifts and a positive, purpose-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Previous restaurant experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality by creating remarkable guest experiences.
• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Take guest orders accurately while providing exceptional service.
• Prepare beverages and desserts to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room.
• Serve guests in the drive-thru and front counter with accuracy and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Restock supplies and complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create remarkable experiences by serving guests with genuine hospitality, maintaining high operational standards, and working alongside a team committed to excellence. Whether you're welcoming guests at the front counter, serving in the dining room, taking orders in the drive-thru, or delivering meals, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes, strong character, and a desire to serve others. Experience is helpful, but more importantly, we're looking for people who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow as leaders.

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required—we will provide the training you need to succeed.
