Newk's Eatery in Wisconsin is hiring Kitchen Team Members to deliver the fresh, made-from-scratch meals guests expect. You’ll prep sandwiches, salads, pizzas and soups, keep stations stocked, and follow food-safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, pizzas, soups, and other menu items according to Newk's recipes and specifications.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Properly prep ingredients and stock stations for each shift.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for peak business periods.
• Work with urgency during lunch and dinner rushes.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating inventory, and minimizing food waste.
• Support other stations whenever needed to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
