Job summary

Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Front of House Team Member to be the face of our brand, delivering warm hospitality and great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work closely with a team to take accurate orders, provide menu knowledge, and ensure orders are prepared and served promptly while maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Newk’s Eatery and help create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities Include

• Take guest orders accurately while providing menu knowledge and recommendations
• Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service
• Ensure every order is complete, accurate, and presented with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked
• Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
