Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Front of House Team Member to welcome guests with hospitality and provide accurate orders in a fast-paced setting. You’ll help deliver a seamless dining experience and support the team to maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. This role offers training, growth opportunities, and a pathway from front-of-house roles to leadership positions within a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in guest service in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately with menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service.
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room.
• Keep beverage stations, condiment areas, and dining spaces fully stocked.
• Assist with curbside, takeout, and catering orders.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely food delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support teammates throughout the restaurant to provide outstanding service.
