Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking FULL-TIME Kitchen/Back of House team members in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will be responsible for cooking, assembling sandwiches, prepping salads, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

What Does a Back of House (Kitchen) Chick-fil-A Team Member Do?

A Chick-fil-A team BOH member performs food preparation duties consisting of cooking food, assembling sandwiches and other food products, prepping salads, washing dishes, etc.

Chick-fil-A at Shepherdstown Crossing is seeking FULL-TIME Team Members for Kitchen / Back of House (BOH) positions.

Our Team Members must be caring, friendly, and have a genuine heart to serve others. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. The Back of House/Kitchen position which would entail working in the kitchen, prepping and cooking food to ensure quality and accuracy of orders. Attention to detail and warm hospitality make a difference in all areas of our restaurant.

Position Type:

• Full-time
• Daytime or Closing Shifts
• Must Have Weekend Availability (Closed on Sundays)
