Job summary

Chick-fil-A Shepherd Rd. is seeking Back of House Team Members to support a friendly, service-driven environment. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present foods safely while learning from an experienced Operator and leadership.

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, a positive work culture with benefits including health resources, free meals on shift, and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay current on changes.
• Fulfill opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
