Job summary

Vui’s Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen. You’ll prep fresh ingredients, follow recipes, and assist across Prep, Salad, Grill and Expo stations, with opportunities to grow into leadership.

No prior experience is required—we provide training and mentorship. Hours vary; enjoy mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts with a family-friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Cooking and food prep knowledge required or taught on the job.
• Must maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations and help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations (Prep, Salad, Grill and Expo).
• Prepare fresh ingredients and follow recipes for meals.
• Produce meals to order for Dine-In and Take-Out.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene at all times.
• Assist with catering orders and station setup before service.
• Complete shift duties and wrap up tasks for closing.
