Dash In is hiring Kitchen Team Members in Graham, NC at 1137 S Main St. Roles include daily kitchen duties, food safety, and guest service with flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends). Starting wage listed at $16.50 per hour, with a $1 premium for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete company-paid GED program
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness
• Keep prep stations organized and stocked
• Receive deliveries and place items in proper locations
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience
• Operate kitchen equipment safely
• Lift and move heavy containers using proper technique (5-gallon, 50–65 lb)
