Job summary

McAlister’s Deli | Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistent results and read orders to prepare items accurately while keeping stations clean and stocked.

You will work with the team to maintain food safety and sanitation standards and ensure smooth kitchen service.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
