McAlister’s Deli, a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking a Back of the House Team Member.

You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast‑paced kitchen, follow recipes and portion standards, read orders, and keep prep areas, equipment and stations stocked and organized.

No prior restaurant experience is required—training is provided. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to food safety standards.

Qualificações

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
• This position is with a franchised McAlister’s Deli location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently
• Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Work with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly
