Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help prepare high-quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, measure ingredients to standard portions, and assemble menu items. You’ll keep prep areas, equipment, and workstations clean and stocked, follow food safety standards, and collaborate with the team to keep kitchen service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards.
• Read orders and prepare food accurately and efficiently.
