Southern Rock Restaurants – McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to join a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will work in a clean, fast-paced environment to prepare quality food.

You’ll follow recipes, help read orders, and keep the kitchen areas organized, clean, and stocked while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Training is provided and teamwork is essential to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided
