Job summary

McAlister’s Deli, operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking a Back of the House Team Member to prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment. You will follow recipes and portion standards, read orders, and help keep the kitchen stocked and sanitary.

You will work with a team to ensure smooth kitchen service, while adhering to food safety and quality standards. Training is provided, and restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend and lift throughout the shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
