Chick-fil-A Belmont is seeking a friendly Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, while supporting back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
• Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
