Job summary

Chick-fil-A Richmond is seeking a friendly Kitchen Team Member to help prep, cook and present food to Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required, and we offer flexible schedules with full- or part-time options. You will receive competitive pay ($14–$17/hr) and benefits including health insurance, a 401k plan, scholarships, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
• Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
• Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: $14-$17/hr based on availability

Shift Availability:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Opening, Mid, and Closing Shifts available between 6:00am-11:00pm
