Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group in Tennessee is seeking a committed Line Cook to support our Kitchen Team. You’ll prepare menu items to Applebee’s recipes, maintain quality, and ensure proper timing and presentation during busy shifts.

As part of the Legacy Apple team, you’ll cross-train across kitchen stations, follow safety standards, and contribute to a friendly, guest-focused dining experience in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility to move around the kitchen and service area.
• Capable of transporting cases up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Applebee’s recipes and specifications (50%).
• Complete all assigned prep work (15%).
• Set up workstation according to station diagram (15%).
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times (10%).
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during and after shift (5%).
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects (5%).
